I’ve noticed an issue recently: vague titles on #support topics.
I’m not going to call anyone out, but I think it’s important to address, to make it easier to solve issues.
If you have a #support topic titled “A320 Issue,” it’s not going to tell someone what the issue is without opening the topic and reading through the post. If the problem was, say, the HUD on the A320, maybe a better title would be “A320 HUD Not Showing.”
Here’s my tip to you:
Before you post, think about the title. If someone gave you just the title, could you get a basic idea of what the issue is? I bet you could get more of an understanding from the title “A320 HUD not showing” than from “A320 Issue.”
