How to tell FL

I wanted to request a decent while flying, but noticed I needed a flight level. I didn’t know what mine is. Can someone explain how to tell your flight level?

It’s pretty easy 18,000ft is FL180 so you pretty much just take the end 2 numbers & that is your flight level
