Every time I leave and come back from autopilot+, my aircrafts seem to be lifting up and down when I go come back to make sure everything is running smoothly. How to stop this?
This is most likely the aircraft adapting to the wind change.
In AutoPilot+ mode, winds are not taken into account so when you go back into your flight - you may have a considerable wind (and subsequently ground speed) shift. The aircraft should be able to adapt and calm down from this.
Hopefully in the future when AutoPilot+ is improved to react to the winds, this should no longer happen.

you can’t. just wait 10-15 seconds to let aircraft adapt to the wind
