How to start the interactive new user tutorial

hello IFC, when i was about loocking at the badges i seen the Certified badge and i wondered how to get the interactive new user tutorial to get the badge. i allredy have the Licensed badge witch i got by completing the interactive advanced user tutorial. how to do the interactive new user tutorial. thanks👍.
