I apologize if this is a stupid question.
I’m grade 3 with no recent violations. I’d love to start the process of becoming an ATC controller. But I don’t see an option anywhere in the app?
I’m aware IFATC requires 500 operations. However, it obviously says zero for me right now. I just don’t know how to begin/where to apply for the very beginning of the ATC process.

You can’t start the process without having 500 operations. If you’re asking how to get those, you need to control on the training server. Any frequency will do.

You can get them by opening ground an tower frequency at busy airports like LHR in training server
once you have 500 operations just go search IFATC on any browser and click first link and apply
After that you will have to give a written test
Read atc manual for that and if needed ask for mock link in discord
do the mock multiple times and them give test when ready
after that your trainer will guide you through it
well I’m also on the process. I’m just waiting for them to review my profile, and the operations thing, I simply was very active in ATC in the training server, I played like 2 hrs a day… and the operations count is bugged, like you can do 90 operations a session and it still will only display 40 or even less, so be aware that it’s none of your fault if that happens, just keep playing until u reach that. also, it kinda takes a 4 hr period to update the operation count
