How to screen record a replay

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if anyone knows how to screen record a replay without the HUD in the way?

I am running Infinite Flight on a 2017 Apple iPhone X with IOS 13.3. I know how to screen record but I’m not sure how to get rid of the HUD if that makes sense…

Then you have to hold it for it to appear again

If I’m correct, the HUD rarely would reappear/disappear whenever you move your finger along the screen. I believe it is just one spot you hold your finger down on and the magic happens.
