I noticed that pilots don’t apply to rules as I was ATC in Doha airport in Training server but I couldn’t report the user
How can I report ?
Reporting is a function that is only available to IFATC members on the expert server.

Unfortunately if this was on TS, then there is nothing you can do. Training Server is for people to train but its also filled with people who have no idea what they are doing…

I have done 228 operations now so when I get to 500 Am I going to be IFATC?
You have to apply for IFATC

No, you need to apply, take a written test followed by a controlling test.
