some person was intentionally following me and trying to fly into me, not obeying any ground or air rules, there was no live ATC but obviously unprofessional for expert server and was annoying, I have photos and stuff.

Unfortunately unless there was active ATC or a supervisor/moderator/staff member at the airport at the time to witness the infraction, nothing can be done about it.
Violations can’t be added after the incident (even if you have photo/video proof), it needs to be witnessed by someone who can press that “report user” button.
I realise it’s frustrating but that’s how it is.
Alright thanks ig, kind of annoying, I once got reported for accidentally having my front tyre few metres in front of hold-short line but things like this that actually ruin the realism of the game get slid past, I hope future updates will address and make a fix to this!
I don’t see the system of it needing to be witnessed by a user with reporting capabilities changing anytime soon tbh.

There have been numerous posts regarding this kind of stuff including myself in the past. So you gotta deal with it honestly and overtime you will learn to ignore these trolls.

Although… if that person was in a VA, you could technically send a PM to that VA and report that person so that they could get maybe some sort of punishment from the higher ups: that would only affect their standing in the VA though and won’t affect their ability to actually fly in expert server.
Still something you could do though if you just want to send a message to them.
Tbh I think at least 90% of the people who get into VAs are pretty professional and wouldn’t actually take to trolling others. Most of the trolls in ES are the ones who don’t treat this server seriously, and those people don’t tend to work their way into VAs

The strength in your situation is that you can ignore their actions with no further consequence to yourself. Practice mentally tuning them out. There are plenty of other users who play by the rules.

That’s really frustrating to deal with. If you’ve got screenshots or a screen recording, I’d recommend reporting it through the in-app option or posting it on the forum if there’s a section for that. On expert servers, that kind of behavior really shouldn’t be happening. Mods usually take action when there’s solid proof. It’s kind of like how desert safari dubai tickets handles things, organized, responsive, and serious about making sure everyone has a smooth experience.
As I said further up - a user can’t be issued a violation after the incident has occurred, regardless of how many photos or videos you may have. It needs to be witnessed by someone with the ability to report them there and then.

I wish that could somehow be changed. Its really a pain to see especially when somethings like that happen on expert server. And aim wondering why that is. Do you one youre side of the story dont have the people to handel the conplains? I dont mean it in a bad way but when someone clearly misbehaves and doeing it deliberately. You have all the prove you need the name the replay its really sad to see someone getting away with it just becease a member of staff of ifatc or supervisor did’t see it people thet to mishave when the ifatc controller leaves but that makes me wonder. What does the supervisor do? Does he / she only looks after staffed and airports where theres a member of ifatc or does he also see some other people and track those?
