For example, this is the ATC table for tomorrow. How can I know the typical flight route, meaning how to identify the recommended departure and arrival airports from all these airports?"
The “Featured Route” is the route that’s suggested/encouraged to try. For tomorrow’s case:
KATL (Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Intl) - KJFK (John F. Kennedy Intl)
The airports on the right side of that, are other airports that are also encouraged to fly in/out of…perhaps to one of the airports in the featured route (KATL or KJFK).
Its important to note that the highlighted route and airports are to encourage both pilots and IFATC to fly/control at.
The intention is to build traffic to at least two of the airports for both pilots and IFATC activity.

but we have planner issued by IFATC team
for featured routes u can also visit IF official discord server
There’s no “recommended” departure/arrival airport, but typically if you see a major airport on the schedule you can almost guarantee that ATC will be staffed especially during peak hours. KATL and KFJK are considered major airports but KJFK would probably be the most likely to have full staffing with approach ATC just because it’s more of a global hub.
