For anyone using Google Chrome on Android:
Click on the three points on the right top corner.
Scroll down until it says something like “Add to home screen” and tap it. I know, this is german, for me it says "Zu Startbildschirm hinzufügen. It’s the same actually.
Then this should appear. The rest should be easy.
