How to merge topics

How to merge existing topics, i see many duplicates :(

Admins and moderators are able to move posts to a different topic. I think members with trust level 3+ are able to as well (not sure though)

You have to be Trust Level 4(Leader) or a Mod/Admin to do that! Just Checked!
