The major thing is that you need to be TL2 (Member) here on the forum in order to post in the Live > Events category and therefore host an event. You are currently only TL1 (Basic) so you are going to have to spend more time here on the forum before you reach that mark. Just keep on liking, posting and you will get there eventually.
