Links as in outside links or links as in linking topics?

In that case, press the little chain link to the right of the ❤️ button, a blue link will appear which you can copy.

You can also do it by tapping on the top right icon (minutes) and copy and paste the link:
If you want to link a topic, you can also hold the topic title and a box will appear saying: Copy or Copy URL link. Example:
