The best you can do is to be active by liking, commenting etc and engage with the community more

Just gotta be active on the IFC, reading post, responding to posts and just generally actively engaging with the community would bring you up to TL2.

The requirements for promotion are not publicly available to prevent users from posting only to meet the requirements for the next trust level. This then makes the forum a game, which it is not.
Just contribute normally as any other member of the forum would and I assure you, you’ll be there in no time.
