Juts keep posting and you’ll reach it. There are of course set requirements in the system, but they are kept secret to prevent TL2 farming

The requirements for reaching TL2 have been kept hidden by the IFC staff.
Just keep being active on the forum, by contributing to topics and liking them, creating useful topics, etc. and you’ll get there!
