Check stats page under your profile. The requirements for it should be there highlighted in orange.
And also how to check how much landings,XP you have
Click on your profile in the top left, then the arrow next to your grade. This will show your grade table.
Please note only sessions done on the multiplayer servers count towards your grade. Solo sessions do not count.

It says we need pro for multiplayer
If you want to play multiplayer, you need to buy a pro subscription.
To get grade 2 you need to be of course, grade 1.
Here’s pretty much all the basic information that’s good to know:
â—Ź All grades are basically keys to servers. Grade 1 unlocks the Casual Server, Grade 2 unlocks the Training Server and Grade 3 unlocks the Expert Server.
â—ŹGrade 1 has rarely planned events (casual chaos) but no ATC and no violations either.
●Grade 2 has ATC availability but it’s only controlled by other community members, not IFATC staff, meaning sometimes it might be unrealistic. Additionally speed violations can be issued automatically if your speed is over 260 knots IAS under 10,000 feet for about a minute, or when you’re overspeeding (the red line on the speed in the HUD and cockpit display). (All violations in the TS are issued automatically by the game and not by any ATC)
●Grade 3 has ATC coverage, staffed by IFATC member, which means that communications will almost always be realistic. Violations can be issued if you break the rules that also apply for Grade 2 automatically but on the Expert Server you cannot taxi over 35 knots ground speed. IFATC members are also able to issue violations when someone doesn’t follow instructions. (Don’t worry though, they give violations when a serious and intentional action is done by a pilot). Aerobatics near airports are also prohibited and you will be issued an automatic violations if the game’s warning is ignored for about a minute.
●Events on the ES (Expert Server) happen very often, (see Live > Events ) but they don’t give any extra XP or flight time, their goal is too just make players fly to/from an airport and have IFATC coverage to enhance the quality of the flight.
I don’t really know what benefits Grade 4 has but I’m sure there is a topic in this community that answers this question.
Just in case you are planning to but the subscription (as a person who has the sub for the majority of the year, I can say it’s worth it)

As someone who just got pro if u just do about 2 small flights and then find an empty airport and get an xcub it’s quite easy to get lots of landings. The space shuttle landing facility would be quite good. I always made sure I announced my intentions on atc though. All you do is take off to about 10 ft agl, atc ,land and repeat around 20 or so times. However many you need to get.
Getting to grade two is definitely easy but getting from grade 2-3 is harder. I would some do some long haul flights on autopiolot+(like 10h+) for loads of xp and then for landings, I just used the x-cub at ksfo
just keep flying and landing
