I exceeded number of level 2/3 violations per year. how many days ive to wait to get back in G3 server.

Iirc, a year from your second to earliest violation. For example, letās just say you have violations on March 7, April 9, June 3, July 19, October 10, and November 14. Youād regain access to the expert server on April 10, 2025, after your count decreases below 5. I hope this makes sense. Iām not the best at explaining things.

so i get banned for more than 6 months just because my server was not connected properly šš

You could have appealed and let them know. Iāve done that b4 and it was reversed

As Tyler mentioned you can get it removed by DMing @appeals, but 5 violations in 6 months is still a fairly high rate and you should probably take this as an opportunity to review procedures before you do something you canāt appeal.

sure but this happened due to server disconnection several times.

You can appeal them up to a certain point after (is it a week? Iām not sure) but youāre probably out of luck for the previous ones. This one you might be able to, though, if you can somehow prove that it was internet and not just you not being present at the device.

Assume your lastest Violation is rejected, You will regain access to the Expert Server 2025-08-12T23:49:00Z as your first violation was issued on 2024-08-12T23:47:00Z
but its 5 violation. under the requirement right i was flying in expert until yesterday some server issue and i got reported now i cant fly for almost an year?

ive messaged appeals
actually global server was indicating red api went off several times live server also went off several times. from my side i got a call so i was out of app for like 1 min or so but when i came back i was still on live server.
but when i approached destination server showed all green and i can even connect to atc but i got no replies. even i landed landing was glitched as well.
ps: i din even know i was reported until this morning
server issues cannot be seen in replays but u can definitely see i was contacting atc whole time no replies back i was started to doubt that time itself but still continued to land my bad
Yeah, if you donāt get landing clearance, you shouldāve abandoned the landing.

no its like no atc reply no other flight communication can be heard i thought some server issue i was not in server. its not like i landed without clearance. my check in was also not acknowledged before that i was in centre control everything was fine
