How to get a detailed FPL

Hi guys

Lately I have been seeing people make FPLs that have for example 2144/1931W on them and I don’t know how to do that so please can someone show me how to do that

On SimBrief, those waypoints are shown to be nonexistent, so I just skip them. It’s no big deal.
