Having an App storage issue running IF on my IPad Air causing in Flt disconnects. Have followed standard practice to reduce storage load to include reloading ect which cleared Playback record. Now want to clear /delete 500+ pages (3000+ records)of completed flts stored in Logbook. Is there a self help procedure to clear/delete Logbook data or is this a Web Master action?
Total Storage: 8.5GB used of 16.0GB
IF Size: 69.2MB
Doc’s /Data: 106.3 GB
Log book data is online. It will not affect your storage, and cannot be deleted as it is saved on your account. You can delete your replays, however. These do take up storage.
If you’re looking to simply clear the entire lot, you can just clear the app data through settings. You will have to sign back into your account afterwards but it will completely wipe the saved logs on your device 🙂
You can only delete replays, not the logbook. But the logbook only records things like time, aircraft and route. In the replay there are also more things stored like speed, AoA…
The logbook really doesn’t need much storage
