How to connect Map Connect v2 or LiveFlight Connect

I have a problem with map connect and live flight connect, my infinite flight can’t connect to both applications, do you have a solution? I’m using an iPad Air 5 and I’ve tried to connect it, but it can’t connect to the app

Live flight isn’t existing anymore. MapconnectV2 needs tou to enable « Infinite flight connect » in your IF settings.
