Can I change Gmail accounts from my old account that was nearly hacked into to my brand new account?

You would have to buy all purchases again, or maybe you could go into your account details and swap it around. If your with Apple contact customer support

Wait, maybe I can change get rid of my old account, and then get a new account, and restore purchases. HOWEVER, what about my standing and hours?
