Hello IFC! Jow do you become TL4/leader?

TL4’s are reserved for moderators and other past moderators. TL3 is the highest users are able to get without becoming a moderator.

Also not mentioned is the ability to assemble a 5000 piece puzzle in under 3 hours and not being a Chatta
