How do you become a TL1 and how do you attend trainings for atc, if you can.

Here should be a useful link for you. And to attend ATC Training you must first be IFATC. If that’s what you’re asking. Otherwise, checkout the ATC category here on the IFC. Many prospective and current controllers will open tracking threads where you can join them and help them practice. They could also help you for your future endeavors if you decide to apply for IFATC.
