I have a dualsense controller from my ps5, and I’m looking to play IF with it, but the problem is, I don’t know how to assign the buttons lol
Hey mate! I don’t know if I can help you, but, I use a Xbox Controller to play IF, and I had this problem too, it seems confusing, but have a little patience to config your controller, because when you connect a controller, whatever type is, it comes all like with no presets, all you have to do is go to the configurations of IF, on control settings and assing all the principal buttons that you’ll use like the RAxis of your controller for the ailerons, you can just search for Axis (not the RAxis or LAxis, but just Axis), to setup the controls for both commands. You can repeat this procedures for the trim aswell with the LAxis of your controller, just repeating the steps that I said, and for the buttons, you can setup as you like, for landing gear, brakes, autopilot on/off or something. The configuration of the controller on IF is cool because it gaves to you freedom to setup as you like and for all your necessities. I hope it helped you, have good flights!
