How to appeal lvl 1 vio

So I was flying the A10 at KDEN I almost hit the ground so my general reaction was to pull up. I pulled up too fast and stalled out of the sky and got an over speed vio but everything said 0kts

Sadly you can only appeal Lvl. 1 violations if there were caused by game fault.

level 1 violations are system generated and can’t be appealed.
