What is the new process in appealing a level 1 violation? I received a acrobatics violation at KNPA and there is an active TFR for allowing acrobatics

You can contact support and see their resolution on it. I don’t think @appeals handle level 1 vios as they’re based on Level 2 and 3 vios issued by ATC’s

I believe they will handle level ones that are mistakes on the part of the system. That is very strange though since an active TFR shouldn’t have any difficulties. As in, it isn’t as though this is a connection issue or something like that.
