Hello,
The title says everything, before we were able to select and add a waypoint in our flight plan multiple times.
In order to make the same holding pattern for Aerial Refueling, you guessed it’s useful to make the same circle.
How can I ?
Accidentally closed it 
Click on the waypoint, and you should be able to “add” it to your flight plan again, which will create a duplicate at the bottom of your plan list.

I don’t think there is currently a way to do it in game. You’ll have to design the flightplan in an external app and then import it.
