The bbc have put out this amazing documentary which has multiple parts. Regarding how ‘the city in the sky’ works. Covering fuel, to food, to baggage, to dealing with the aircraft itself, this has everything.

I highly recommend watching, it gives you an idea about the sheer magnitude of the operations.

watched this last night, can really recommend it, very interesting, available on the BBC iPlayer for all those in the UK. .
