4.92 gallons per seat per hour.

You can check that in the tabs below. There’s an option below “fuel” that states “fuel burn”.

when you open a flight got to pause, press on weight and balance and go to the tab “fuel” and on the top right it should say some info. :)

Well, Simbrief uses 2.4 tons (2400kg) an hour. This is a good number to use too because ir devides nicely
5 mins = 200kg
15 mins = 600kg
30 mins = 1200kg
60 mins = 2400kg

This is a good rule of thumb for most short-medium haul aircraft like the A320 or B737.
