How move account to the payment account? (Resolved !)

A few days ago I had a problem with the subscription payment processing, now I got another account, but I need to transfer my profile from another account I use in simulator, but i have no idea how to transfer

Hello there!
I am not sure you could “transfer” your stats to another account mainly because they are two different accounts.

Actually, I take that back. You would need to contact IF Support on the App Store and they might be able to transfer your account for you.

You can wait for schyllberg to come on over and help out as this seems to be his field lol, or you can shoot an email to [email protected] and you should be assisted there!

Hello @Harm8n!

In order to transfer your stats from one account to the other you will need to contact [email protected] via email with the following information:

  • Display Name and Callsign of account you’re transferring from .
  • Display Name and Callsign of account you’re transferring to .
  • Complete purchase receipt of subscription.
