Hello! You can move up to TL2 by being active with things such as looking at the community, relying, contributing to the community, liking posts, etc. And most importantly, enjoy it here!

Just to add to that, you can also be manually promoted to TL3, or Regular, on the basis that you are continuously active on the forum, being useful and helping out with new users and all that. Just to emphasise though, it’s a manual promotion, which means that your promotion may not be guaranteed even if you are actively contributing as there may be a high number of Regulars already.
