How do you type time?

Hey IFC,
Im currently having a issue on how to type time in UTC such that everone can see it in their local region…for eg:-

If you know it please help…

Up in the toolbar when making a post there is a calendar. Click on it and enter the times and your timezone. It will automatically convert for everybody else.
