How do you make the text bigger or change size of font when posting?

Hey everyone, just wondering. When posting a thing, how do you make something a title. Because I don’t see it in the bar thing with bold and stuff. Just wondering because I can’t seem to find a way to change the sizes of the font or just even make it a title font. If anyone could respond to this it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
