How Do You Fly From a Region to Another Region?

Hi, I was wondering, how can you fly from London to Paris? Is it true you can hold the throttle and press pause? How long does it take and does it work on solo? Thanks :)

Can we bypass the region boundary?

It won’t work in solo.

What you stated works, but please only do it on the Free Flight Server.

The only app that allows you to fly from region tk region is Infinite Flight.

Why only do it on free flight because I’ve seen people on Advanced doing it

I don’t see the point in doing it at all. All that happens is that your plane flies into a uniform grey murk and you land on equally uniform grey murk. It’s a waste of time imho.

It’s breaking the rules-you aren’t supposed to do it. FFS has no rules so you can do it there. IIRC, Matt or one of the devs said that they didn’t want people to do it, but FFS is alright. Please correct me if I’m wrong but doesn’t it give ATC a hard time? FFS has no human-manned ATC so it doesn’t matter if you land without ATC there

Okay, but when you reach the next region, can you see the airports? Or is it just thick fog?

I’ve never tried it, but from what I have heard, you can’t see anything

aye, that’s it in a nutshell. I’ve seen some folk attempt transatlantic trips, I don’t see the appeal myself! Especially when there’s nothing to see at the other end.
