How do you change your IFC name and "about"

I am wanting to change my name, as I made this account quite a while ago on a whim, but I don’t want to lose my progress on this account. Also, I can’t find where I can change my “about”, “bio”, “description”, whatever you want to call it, where you can write about yourself, and mark your location like this for example:

Profile, change the tab to Preferences, change the right tab to Profile, and edit your bio there. PM a moderator to change your username.

Only Moderators can change your User Name. Choose wisely, they’ll only do it for you once =)

Activity -> preferences -> profile
It’ll give the option to change your location and profile info as shown below to answer your other question.
