People make custom liveries in some programs for 3d graphics and they replace liveries with root

I don’t see how it is, almost everyone mods GTA5 to get real life cars.
Or mine craft.
Or any PC game.
Besides, you aren’t affecting how other people play IF on lIve.

Surely there would be something in the T’s & C’s that says you aren’t allowed to manipulate the games coding…or not. Actually…unless you distribute it for others to use, then there may not be an issue. I dunno…why did I even speak. 😂

This is against the terms of for IF. If you do this you can face penalties.

I didn’t really make this topic to get anyone in trouble, I actually thought it was cool. I thought that FDS should consider letting people help in this department, but they should require them to submit work that is up to the standards that they try to uphold.

I would love it if FDS allowed you to submit your own models, sort of like X-Plane 10 or FSX allows.

Yeah i think FDS should let the community “modders” create liveries for us since FDS leave out most of the liveries that people want!

Well if a person creates a custom one it’s not by FDS so they can’t get blamed for low quality textures.
And besides if it breaks IF that’s what happens sometimes when you mod something.

2 Ways:

  1. (Looks more likely in this case) They have a rooted android, in which they can go into the game’s files and swap out a custom made texture.

  2. Photoshop.

I’m pretty sure it’s not illegal, just breaking the TOS. You had to download an iOS file editor but it doesn’t work anymore, and there was a Chinese group making the custom liveries.
