How do I respond to "Radar Contact"

I was out from a flight from Tokyo Haneda, and the ATC says “Radar Contact” Do I respond with a VFR Request or Radar Vectors?

No need to respond. It means that ATC has seen you on radar and you are cleared to fly along your route and set altitude.
