I would like to know if it is possible to add a simulator-only procedure that was recently implemented at SDIY airport.
We can’t add instrument procedures, but we can add ILS guidance to a runway.
However, there are some FPL editors for you to customize a new procedure for your own use, if you know the coordinates of waypoints.
