As a new user you need to participate a bit to raise your trust level before you can PM.

What sort of help are you needing?

I would advise you to go to their website and fill the entry formulary.

Some VA’s require you to be at a higher trust level as well.

Since your TL is basic, by liking, posting and contributing to the community you’ll gain a higher trust level and given more functionalities here on the forum.

You need oxygen. You would like to join a VA.

They’re going to want to have some idea of who they’re bringing on board anyway, so just participate in a meaningful way on the forum and you will rather quickly achieve the ability to PM. (Honestly, it takes virtually no time at all.)
