How do I make custom liveries

I want to get a virtual airline started called Baguette Airlines but I want to make a livery are there any programs that I can use to make them. I don’t really have a powerful PC but I have a very powerful Motorola phone. I’ve looked everywhere for programs that work on my phone but nearly all of them are either scams or have been discontinued. Custom non-realistic liveries aren’t a thing in Infinite Flight, and will probably never be a thing.
