Hello IFC I am currently doing a app creator assignment and I am doing a flight plan generator but I don’t know how and when I search it up it comes up with flight plane generators can anyone help?

Do you mean route generators, or random flight generators. If route generators, players can already use the built in Simbrief feature for that. If it’s a random flight generator, I love that idea! Ever since FPLtoIF was taken down, it’s been really hard to find a flight.
You want to do a random flight.
Spawn anywhere look for any pilot on map, copy his FPL and dly

That’s one way you could do it. Currently I use ChatGPT, but it isn’t really accurate with my requested flight time.

yea I want to make my own one its also going to have a messaging system so you can chat to fellow pilots or your friends sort of like snapchat

I commend your efforts, but the best used system right now is SimBrief which I’m sure you’ll have found in your research.
I fear the biggest obstacle you’ll have to overcome is accessing the worldwide AIRAC cycle and incorporating that into your system.
Community, please correct me if I am wrong. But for Sim pilots, it isn’t just flying a realistic say Heathrow to New York, it is flying it with the right airline, realisitic route, realistic gate and times even.
This is just my opinion, but if you want to stand out, that is the niche you need to exploit. SimBrief is excellent for route creation, but what it doesn’t do is allow you to give the airline, which then generates a company route with all the correct particulars above.
An example of this would be, say I want to fly Heathrow to JFK on a BA route… the system would produce:
Flight number
Departure time
Aircraft flown by BA
Realistic dep/ arr gate
Realistic route & en route weather (This is “all” SimBrief does)

Meanwhile me, flying from Hamburg to Tokyo, then from Tokyo to Singapore, and from Singapore back to Hamburg in a Lufthansa A388 on the Expert server lol

I use a combo of flightsimdispatch and flightaware to find a flight and then simbrief to create the flightplan.
