How do I make a features request?

I believe I am TL2, but I’m not sure. It won’t show the features option for topics. could some explain why It won’t let me make a feature request.

You are currently TL1 to access #features, #live:va, #live:events and #real-world-aviation you must be TL2 just keep liking and posting constructive topics and replies and you will be there in no time!
