How do I know what airports will be controlled? Because sometimes I will go on expert server and it will tell me the controlled airports but then I do the flight and I get there and it is no longer controlled so how do I know what airport they will be at in advance or something so when I get there they are still there.

There is a schedule for it.
(not all the time the controllers follow the schedule)

Hi!
The Infinite Flight ATC team is encouraged to staff featured airports on the ATC schedule to the max extent possible, though it is entirely optional. your biggest chance to have ATC is to fly inbound/outbound The Hub of the day, which is the Airport with most inbounds.

You can try fly the featured route which is on the IFATC schedule linked above. Also it may be due to timings and where you live as many of the controllers on the IFATC are from Europe and the US I believe although there are some controllers from other regions of the world. It is commonly busy when it’s midday in the US as the majority of players on IF are from that region.
