So I am new to the community. Could anyone tell me how to get EXP? Or do the landings only count on the multiplayer version? Thanks to any answer.

Hey! Welcome to the Community!
You can gain XP, landings and flight time by doing flights on the multiplayer servers (Casual Sever in your case if you are Grade 1). XP is earned at approximately 600 per hour of flying - with a bit extra for landing.
Sessions done in Solo do not count towards your stats.

You need to get to a certain XP levels, landings, violations and flight hours! Hope u get there.

Yes, but the subscription is worth it but it’s a little expensive

Dont bother man, expert is pretty much the same as casual now, bad players will ruin your experience regardless of which server you work hard to get to. Difference is if you call it out in expert you will be made to feel bad for complaining. Just enjoy solo dont waste your time grifting.
