How do I get replays into capcut?

Hi I’m a bit confused on how to get my replay into CapCut as it gives me the option to export but it doesn’t show in CapCut.

Infinite Flight replay files are not videos. You’ll need to screen record a replay to create one.

Also maybe there is a website somewhere out there to convert it but who knows

Again, it’s just State Data in the reply file. There’s nothing to convert.
