How do I get Permission to go on Advanced?

Heyo!

The pilots on ATC Playground wont listen to me, so I wanted to go on Advanced, when I found out that I “dont have permissions”. Yes, I am Grade 3, so I want to know: how do I join Advanced ATC?

But I recommend to have a scout with you before you start taking the written test and then the practical test.
