Like Will said, waiting a few days for the oldest violation to drop will reduce the number of violations you have for that row. Depending on what the violations its probably best to pay a little more attention or be a little more careful so that you don’t ruin your grade.
If you get more violations without landing, you’re at risk of exceeding the violations/landing ratio for the Grade 3 rank. My recommendation is to do some touch and goes/patterns/circuits to increase the total number of landings you have for the 12 month period

Keep stopping and going or stop and go. It has more xp by doing that. But if you completely land then remember to clear the runway once you hear the word
