Land a total of 13 more times. You have to have the same amount of landings as violations for TS1 now. More info about the change here:

We have discovered an issue with the Training Server’s grade requirement which has now been resolved. The grade required for entry was incorrectly reflected and the server has now been updated to the following: Causal Server: Grade 1 Training Server: Grade 2 (previously Grade 1) Expert Server: Grade 3 Users cannot have more violations than landings. 12-13 more times and you’ll be able to access the Training Server again.

Basically, the new Training Server access is a 1:1 ratio. Meaning you can not have more violations then landings. (As @Daniel14 and @Balloonchaser have stated above)
