How do I become a ATC user because I’m in the requirements to do it and it’s not letting me do it
So to confirm - you meet all of the requirements listed below:
- Trust Level 1 on the Community Forum
- At least 14 years of age and as specified by Discord HERE for your country
- Minimum stats to enter Expert Server (Grade 3)
- Infinite Flight Account must be linked to IFC account in-app throughout the process
- All-time stats do not exceed 50% Level 1 Violation to landing ratio
- Minimum of 500 ATC operations
- At least 60 days since last Level 2 or 3 Violation
- Valid email address
What is it saying on your end next to “ARE YOU READY”? (see screenshot below)
I’m very confused
Make sure you are at least Trust Level 1 on the IFC. Just keep reading and liking posts, and you’ll get there!

When we get there does it say basic user or trust1
It says basic user on your profile
Basic User = Trust Level 1.

@Ryan_and_Riona That’s his number of violations.
@Zjthejoker it appears you have two accounts with the same name. One is Grade 3 with 1067 operations, the other is Grade 1 with zero stats entirely.
I’m going to wager that the wrong account is linked to the Infinite Flight website - in which case you should email support at [email protected] and they can get it sorted.
100 percent thats a different account.
Maybe he didnt merge his IF account with his IFC account

I have messaged them and all they sent me was just this text for everyone sent
I believe you get an automatic reply that basically says “we’ll reply to you as soon as we can”.
They’ll respond when they’re able.
