How do I create a crew center?

Hello everyone, I hope you are well, I am in creation of a VA and I would like to know how to create those magnificent Crew Center, thanks for your help

Many of the VAs here utilize phpvms which is fairly simple to set up. (http://www.phpvms.net/)

If you are interested in changing and editing the CrewCenter’s look or functionality wise you will need to know how to use HTML, Css, and Javascript. If you don’t want to learn those languages you can possibly hire this group to help you.
